Overview

This website is operated by Hushvale ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but this won't affect orders you've already placed.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and other things outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds
