How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders within Australia usually arrive in about 3–8 business days, and international orders in about 6–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes – shipping is free on every order within Australia. International orders (New Zealand, the UK, the US and the EU) ship free over $100, or a flat $14.95 for orders under $100.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Our products ship from different suppliers, so if you order several items they may arrive separately.

What if something arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Get in touch through our Contact page as soon as possible.

Are your products medical devices?

No. Our products are designed for comfort and everyday self-care, and aren't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or aren't sure whether a product is right for you, please check with your doctor first.
