Where we ship

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Orders within Australia usually arrive in about 3 to 8 business days. International orders usually arrive in about 6 to 14 business days. Occasionally delays outside our control can add a few extra days.

Our products ship from different suppliers, so if your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We'll email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order within Australia. International orders over $100 ship free. International orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $14.95, shown at checkout.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or the tracking hasn't updated for a while, contact us through our Contact page and we'll look into it for you.
